@tomhall, Why D level is 0, 78315? For Bat D level usually is 88.60% XA. What am I doing wrong?

@axur, You are not doing anything wrong, you are correct at the D leg is at 88.60% however please note i am drawing this on a different platform so here on TV is comes in closer to the 78.60%
