Break coming today- maybe within a few hours

This ascending triangle formation should break today and maybe even within the next few hours. Target will be around 9400. Hate that this is happening over the weekend, though, as weekend price action is almost always negated when the regular week's trading resumes. It could, of course, also break to the downside, but given the trend we're in it's far more likely to break up.

That was a nasty fakeout. Always the issue with playing these smaller time frame structures on weekend: fakeouts are very common. We will probably be revisiting the 8900-8950 area now.
