the formation you're seeing is an ending diagonal (falling wedge) in a bear market .

, Yes, but it is a pin bar on daily.
Also , the rule states "Wave 4 cannot overlap wave 1, except in diagonal triangles and sometimes in wave 1 or A waves, but never in a third wave. "
