I let the open way to level price: 5k-5k5$. But, BTC is sideway, trade altcoin is ok.
Korea came out and said that they aren't going to shut down / regulate Cryptocurrency though... Right after that guy said they could possibly be going after exchanges the government came out and publically expressed that the guy doesn't know what he's talking about, he's wrong, and that there are NO PLANS at all -whatsoever- for the Korean government to "clamp down" on exchanges.
They went out of their way to say that the guy was making things up.
