Dawn 3 alpha is already available for download but the testnet will remain on 2.0 until they test all the features. Incredible work !!!
On the other hand someone noticed Upbit (one of the biggest exchanges) added EOS in their web API. Is Upbit about to add EOS ? If yes, this will ignite EOS.
