The ENSCO PLC share has the chance to run at $ 21 in the next 12 months and $ 34 in the next 24 months, if we go through $ 7.53. Best of all, the price of oil has bottomed in February 2016, while Ensco's low was in February 2018. In my opinion, there is enormous potential for outperforming oil.
