Perhaps a little more explanation of what your rules for this trading set up
are telling you what/when/why to trade.
I assume you are seeking a short position ?
Other than recent highs, what tells you to short in the green box.
AND, the most important question ~~~ How much are you risking - where should
your stops be placed ?
what fibs are significant ? To me, anyway, it is not clear on your chart which fibs and why
they are important.
The basic premise of your trade has some merit, however, to my way of trading,
it needs to be more well defined as a basis of a trading plan/idea.
