Technical indicators:
Trendbreak and nascant uptrend forming. I'm putting my TP's at the median and 0.5 deviation of the uptrend and SL below the 2955 support. This is the second attempt to break the 3164 resistance and I'm banking on the last break at the back end of November clearing out the overhead sells.
BTC OI dominance is falling and alts have had a nice run, hopefully this filters through to the smaller caps like GMT that are building their own uptrends.
