ICX is currently forming the last shoulder of the head and shoulder pattern, expect a breakout following my white lines. Breakout of the head and shoulder pattern should lead us to our first take profit area (green dotted line) and complete the cup/handle pattern. From there we can watch for a breakout of the cup and handle or if volume fails, wait for a retest and possible breakout. Ive labeled what I consider likely paths.
