NEOUSD-Extreme trading

It's becoming more evident that traders will trade from extreme retracement and extension levels. - 0.786 and 161.8 profit targets. I have adjusted my strategy to take less risk on trades. NEO has dropped to the 0.236 (last fib retracement level) and may hold. If this is the case we may see a COT on the 4 hr or 1 hr to take a long position on this pair. The profit target of 127% is near the 50% fib level of the previous level - this looks like a possible target.
