PAYBTC- Time to buy?
PAYBTC - has a good Dev team behind it and is a good long term hold. Price has reached the last fib retracement level of the overall rise - 0.236 & the first corrective wave fib extension 161.8% & support. Three levels where the Bulls are willing to buy. The fib analysis targets the 50% level (mean reversion) and the 127% extension profit target- the next profit target coincides with the 0618 & the 161.8% if your bias it long.
