QTUMUSD COMMENTS
The bars are close to the lower band but have not yet had contact which shows there could be a further bullish movement in the market and not bearish, the RSI also agrees with that analysis as the lower band only just retracted price. The EMAs show a downtrend in price but I would rather agree with the BB and RSI. Both Resistance and Support Line conform with the Fib, so Target Price is place just closely to Resistance and Stop Loss just below Support.
