Gold has a strong correlation with inflation protected T Bonds. Recently, gold has underperformed - most likely the gap will be closed soon. Either TIPS fall, or gold goes up.
I do not agree that gold should go up .. yields are going lower .. prepare for deflation .. so tips will fall .. and gold too .. even futher

@drooyrich, Lets see about that. I dont think the FED would let deflation happen. We have seen what deflation and a rising dollar looked like in March last year, and they were quick to react.
