Strategy Description:
This indicator is designed to identify potential hidden and regular divergences in price action using RSI (Relative Strength Index). It generates four types of signals:
1. Hidden Bearish Divergence: Indicates potential continuation of a downtrend.
2. Hidden Bullish Divergence: Indicates potential continuation of an uptrend.
3. Regular Bearish Divergence: Indicates potential reversal to a downtrend.
4. Regular Bullish Divergence: Indicates potential reversal to an uptrend.
The strategy applies user-defined parameters for signal sensitivity and ensures a minimum interval between signals to avoid overtrading. Alerts and chart markers are fully synchronized, allowing traders to act on signals in real-time with confidence.
This tool is best suited for swing and intraday trading on assets with sufficient volatility. Always backtest and adjust parameters based on your trading style and the asset being analyzed.
