I use DEMA and Price difference in many strategies and and trade.
Finally , ı wanted to build an indicator for relation between them.
It calculates the percentage of difference between price and dema and estimates deviation from the main trend.
Formula = (price-dema)/price*100

Single Exponential Smoothing ( ema ) does not excel in following the data when there is a trend. This situation can be improved by the introduction of a second equation with a second constant gamma .

After little research I couldn't find a simple 4EMA ribbon that bled when necessary.
Admittedly, nothing new here, use where you think appropriate.
