As seen on the chart, wave 3 is NOT the shortest, as proven by a trend based fib ext, that is of course if we assume that wave 2 is an expanding flat.
This alternative count gives us a bottom of the 95-105 USD.
It will of course be easier to know once we know the range of B. We WILL find the BOTTOM.
