APPC Forming a Flag, Buying Opportunity

APPC one of the weird Coins out there, it is new so we don't have much chart to build a conclusion.
As we can see it's fall since Mid jan 2018, than it start to form a triangle, and we get a nice broking for the Up line with a very good volume.
Now it seems as it create a Bull Flag, so if the form is completed, we will have a 100% Run to $0.00011370
