BANKNIFTY has hit our 2nd buy target 36800 which was triggered on 19 Jul @35550. It has closed on a positive sentiment near day high on Friday. This bullishness will continue above Friday's high- 36825. In case we close below previous day's low we can expect some pullback of the current up move.
Coming to Monday's trade setup, if we open flat and a Min candle closes below 36620, we will short for the target of 36500 , 36400 and 36200.
If a 5 Min candle closes above 36825 then we will long for the target of 36950-37000. Book max here as this is a supply zone. But in flow we take out 37000 then trail sl to ride till 37125 and 37300.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
