Historic Volatility suggests Bitcoin ATH reached in early 2021

The Historic Volatility (HV) indicator has been accurate in the past two cycles in projecting when Bitcoin will reach its new all time high (ATH) price.

In Nov 2012 the HV hit a low of 88. Price closed that month at $13.48. In Feb 2013 the price high was $34.19 and the price closed at $33.42, higher than the $31.90 June 2011 ATH.

In Nov 2016 the HV hit a low of 78. Price closed that month at $744.77. In Feb 2017 the price high was $1212.57 and the price closed at $1185.23, higher than the $1177.19 Nov 2013 ATH.

Currently the HV is 121 and is trending down. Will the HV hit the 78-88 bottoming region again in Nov 2020? If if does, then it is likely the Bitcoin price will reach a new ATH above the Dec 2017 $19764 ATH in Feb 2021.
