Britannia India pre-break out homework for good traders

Mis à jour
Britannia touched a LTH within a consolidation. Here are things to look at
  1. Stock pattern
  2. Figuring out institutional positioning
  3. How do we as retail traders prepare and what homework to do
  4. Setting up alerts on this stock at 4700 and 5000 - and why
  5. Optional - Maximize gains through options when you are right - make 2-3X more than stock. Or just buy cash equities for decent returns

Please do let me know in the comments if you would like to know anything about the process or would like me to explain some concepts in more depth
Note
Breaking out from 5000 - stay long. Expect some push backs above 5000 - but unless it is on high volumes, stand your ground and don't cut early. Try to ride it to the logical end of this rally.
Of course - keep an eye on the Nifty - it seems to be holding above 18500 and we just need to be careful of any large market corrections.
Note
Currently at 3 ATR - this is where lots of stock reverse (temporarily)
Positional Traders - can look to lock in some gains and wait for the stock to come back to 4850 which is the 21 EMA
Long term investors should ride out volatility and continue to hold for 5400+
Note
Hopefully took off some at 5000 - now wait for the stock to create another higher consolidation around 5000 - this may take some more time. THe selling from 5050 hasnt been big - so dont see any issues here as of now. Continue to hold half the position for 5200+
Note
Reload setting - beautiful base being formed here at 5000 - also calls are very cheap. Its worth a big shot as the probabilities are in ur favor

Buy 5100 - sell 5200 for a low cost of 20 bucks. 1 - 5 risk reward. If the stock goes below 4950 then u lose the whole amount - but this is a good trade from R:R point of view
