Bitcoin - Is this the completion of a Head and Shoulder

As is shown in the pattern , there is a LHS of a Head and Shoulders (H&S) pattern formed, Only time will tell if the RHS completes, or will we break out to the upside before the completion of the H&S pattern.
If that happens can we then confirm that we are in wave 3 of the Elliot wave pattern ?

Note

The potential break out did not happen, the Head and Shoulder Pattern remains in play. Next target for me is €7400, completing hte neckline of the head and shoulder.
