BTC about to Crash, Target Price 44k

Since the month from May to June BTC has been trying to break the level first 70K then 64K respectively.
Now in higher timeframes(1 Day), BTC has been making LH and LL as per the Dow theory that is the sign of Bearish trend.
I anticipate that the next move will be 44K
