1 Year after the BTC top = accumulation phase?

If we go by the same timing as at the end of the last bull then we should now be entering the accumulation range. This chart shows we are 1 year into a 4-year cycle from top to bottom and if it dips I will be buying, I would expect wicks but times are different and a deeper/longer dive is not out of the question.
