Last time bitcoin reached this area it ended reaching 20,000 which is top of wave 3.
Assuming we will conclude wave 4 at 3013-3200 wave 5 should take it to 25,333 and possibly 28,000.
Alternatively look for a bottom at 2267-2276.
Current level is investment area from a value point of view.
