Dominance #Bitcoin (#BTC.D) is still planning to target 45%; #Bitcoin price is still trading around $ 38,500
The cash flow has not been injected into the market yet, the downtrend is still covering the whole market

Plan:
- Market will have a very large Long/Short kill, absolutely no margin/future at this stage
- At the time #BTC.D (dominance) reaches 45% index, we will observe market movements, to have a plan to surf #altcoin;
