New H&S on Bitcoin? (4H)

Looks like the potential for the formation of a H&S here on the 4H chart. Proposing a touch around 10.3 - 10.4 followed by a retest of the top of the downchannel (LOG scale) and back down. Targeting around 9900 - 10.1k.
Note
Meant 8900 - 9.1k on the bottom target.
