scenario 1: if this is still the wave4 (WXY) within the cycle correction C, the bull run will start after September
scenario 2: if 15k was the bottom, we are in innerwave 2 of the first wave up or already starting innerwave 3 (which would be an 'early bull run' ... followed by a big correction by the end of the year
