Brainstorming BTC - Potential Breakout Scenario

This isn't so much meaningful TA as much as me kicking around a potential path to a breakout North. My day job has me too busy to post better TA, maybe later tonight. This doesn't mean I'm convinced of a breakout, I'm honestly feeling a little more bearish at the moment, but this could go either way in the coming day(s).

We are still ranging within the same 10% now 5% range, painting what looks like an ascending triangle with the top around 60k resistance. Bulls were denied entry 11 days in the past ~month at the 60-61k wall. The waves I drew for the potential breakout pattern are aligned to price volume as a best guess eyeballing where the pattern might be drawn.

• Volume continues to decline on the macro. I noted that red days post more volume than green days, which strikes me as a bearish bias on volume.
  
  
• Exchange outflows are very heavy and no sign of significant inflows (which suggest bullish) unless big money is trickling it in for a possible distribution period here (thats our bearish outcome from this pattern).
  
  
• Exchange reserves plummeted in April. Down four percent in the past week alone. This is a potentially very bullish signal.
  
  
• Miners are hodling which strikes me as bullish.
  

If big money is reaccumulating here, this is to stock up on enough BTC to power through the resistance at 60-61k and lift us up and beyond. If they are distributing we'll see BTC fall out of the pattern in the next ~3 days.

Also worth noting PI indicator appears to on a route to touch/begin crossing around 09 April, which coincides most likely with the end of this pattern. Take that as you will. In my opinion the past doesn't always mirror the current and given the hefty industry involvement this year, it is a very different market than 2017/2018. But still be aware that even if Pi doesn't apply, there may be a psychological effect from it crossing that could trigger some level of selloff. Its only one indicator of many.
