It went above the blue line, and finally dropped down it, showing a failed break.
It is usually a symbol of short, meanwhile, the turnover is decreasing means the lack of confidence.

There is a divergence between the volume and the price, see the blue line.
Meanwhile, it's close to the bear pressure line.
