$BTC Rising wedge? Or Looming Bullrun?

BTC should be closely monitored today.
The daily chart shows green skies.
But looking closer at the shorter time frames we can see reduced volume, a notable rising wedge, and a test of a resistance trendline.
If it breaks upwards, I believe the clean break upward is unlikely at current volume. More likely is a small break, retest of the trendline, accumulation and then a move.
However, the most likely senario right now I believe is the breakdown, this is likely due to approaching the top of this pattern and will need to monitor to confirm any move.
