Is Bitcoin gaining strength ahead of a new pump ❓🙄

Bitcoin has been in a trading range for a fortnight now. The chart shows that the price broke the trend line and then tried to break the key level of $63,740 and close higher. This failed on the first attempt and a false breakout occurred.
Bitcoin is now consolidating near this key level and is probably gaining strength before breaking through.
