$BTC 1H TA : Bull or Bear ?

As you can see the price is in a netural zone (42300$ to 43000$) and if the price closes below 42250$ , the bearish targets are 41700$ , 40600$ and 39900$ , Respectively . In another way , if the price can close above the 43500$ and break the downward trend , the bullish targets will be 43800$ , 44400$ and 45500$ , respectively ...
