Markets Geology - The Cretan Canyons

Our question yesterday was if we would expect a Canyon or the Nagara falls:

Finally it was a Canyon. Not the Grand Canyon but i think it looks more like the beautiful Canyons of Creta, wheck them out and go visit them, it's totally worth it: cretanbeaches.com/en/gorges-and-canyons-of-crete

What happens after the price forms a Canyon?
Any Historical examples of previous Canyons?
Are chart Canyons a good or bad sign?
