Cad/Jpy Long Opportunity

CAD is weak and the YEN is weak. So Why trade weak vs weak? because all of the movement if this pair has been completely all YEN. CAD has been sleep all week, & with the following news coming up, im in belief that it's going to bull.

Tmrw 11/19 @ 8:30am EST ADP Non-Farm Employment Change
Fridaty 11/20 @ 8:30 EST Retail Sales

CAD strength in GREEN
RSI strength in YELLOW
JPY strength in RED

My pink lines are just alerts i have set as resistance. I wont 'TP' until i reaches my blue line. That blue line comes from a 4hr H&S neckline and as you can see it recently gave a false break out and when it was time to try to resume, it failed again.. to the exact wick... this time im hoping to turn that blue line into support
