Note
the market may have gotten ahead of itself after the CMA gave CARB the clearance to acquire BOC. we still remain bullish and maintain our price target.
we could get a second bite at the cherry as price nears the "golden zone"/mid-point of the fibonacci retracement.

we saw a much deeper retracement than expected. good news is, we have formed a higher low which is indicative of an uptrend. it is quite unfortunate that my note has blocked subsequent bars. pardon me.
