CTO looks trapped in the range!

CTO stock seems to be in a strong range! the RSI 14 shows a change in the trend so I expected the price will touch at least the resistance line, first target, or it will break the resistance line causing a break out. Furthermore, in support of this hypothesis, it is possible to notice that the MACD shows that the bearish momentum is becoming weaker.
Going long in this trade can be a good opportunity.
