DAPP Network (ticker: DAPP) by LiquidApps is a universal (cross-chain), decentralized, layer 2 scaling solution (aka universal middleware). DAPP Network is NOT a blockchain, it's a decentralized network. It enables the scaling of Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other blockchains suffering from congestion, high fees, etc.
Among other things, DAPP Network will bring a) BTC liquidity to Ethereum, and b) low-latency services from other blockchains to Ethereum apps and vice versa.
