Dax40 Short trade idea

Looking at the previous weeks gap up close a second time which looks like the same is playing out this week. if price can close below 12910.00 it might go down a little bit more. price is rejecting also where it rejected yesterday.
the strong move up before the drop was some divergence i saw on awesome oscillator.
