DOW Jones: Going BULLISH or BEARISH?

Please can you all help me, if my analysis makes sense or not? I feel that, if DOW JONES closes below 31268 then the bearish trend is gonna continue for a while, or if it stays above the 31268 level, it would be bullish for the short term.

Also seems like RSI is not bottomed fully

Help me with what you think or if my analysis is not right

Note

Seems like my analysis syncs well with the market. I think the next top/high for DOW JONES should be 32510 and further to 33700.

I always appreciate all of your feedback as I am new to this.
