DOW JONES -- NEEDS to punch thru - UP --- need to BREAK

DOW JONES -- NEEDS to punch thru - UP --- need to BREAK UP through this same resistance point it is seeing... circled on the charts.

CAN GO EITHER WAY... UP OR DOWN -----but showing promise that it can....break through --- as it is trying to. with the positive news right now.....Lots of stocks climbing and trying to go higher ----

If it cant pass this point --- though --- it may turn downward for a bit...
