DXY - 61.8 % Cycle

Hi All.

I am a student to trading so please do not use these top trade.
I would like to get a professional view on the 61.8 % fib push and pull I see happening.

I see on a weekly pattern a 61.8% recycling pattern
Which completed the Sep uptrend cycle period.
I think we are about to switch over to the Monthly 61.8% cycle and if we monitor the min candles we will be able to determine what the market believes the fed's will do i.c.w rate hikes.
I personally feel like they wont increase the rates this month but definitely November and December (Bonus time) - Could be wrong

NASDAQ also broke its support from what I could see,

Monitoring the candle movement at 113.442 might be a lovely short position if it breaks going long USD/ short stocks / eth / bitcoin
