USD Index - almost ready to move down
The DXY is the US Dollar Index.
This Index is a measure of the value of the United States Dollar relative to a basket of foreign currencies.
The most important is Euro (EUR), 57.6% weight and the Japanese yen (JPY) with a 13.6% weight.
The chart shows that we are now at the final phase of an up leg that started in Feb 2018.
As soon as it ends (e) the US Dollar will start a multi week move down.
This will be positive of course for the Euro but also for precious metals, Gold, Silver, Platinum.
