How to Trade the US Dollar Strength
The DXY has gained strength, sailing through the vacuum zone in the 95 handle and is currently inches away from our next profit target at 95.82. Recall that we had a vacuum zone between 94.77 and 95.82. We have seen the DXY stutter along the way, and we anticipated seeing some new levels forming in this vacuum zone. We have since added two more technical levels at 94.97, and 95.26. We should see support from these levels if we do see a retracement. We are currently facing some resistance just below 95.82, as confirmed by a red triangle on the KRI, so watch for a retracement.
