I don't like it at this price. Check out the RSI in relation to the support and resistance levels. It looks like it is nearing another resistance level. Also the 50 EMA is below the 150 EMA on the daily. If it fills the cup and is able to break thought then I'd consider an entry with a tight stop loss. So possibly around $13.50-$14. It 'may' do that but I'm not seeing strong reasons to think it will. If you do want to get in I'd strongly recommend a tight 1% stop loss.
