EQR 2 options
1. Decent fundamentals, recently (oct 24) reported good revenue increase and NOI in their 3rd quarter. However, EPS was -3.9% from estimated.
2. A lot of high volume spikes on the 1 hour chart
3. Good support (double bottom)
4. RSI increasing
5. near 38.2 FIB on D1
