Potential Path Coming Up for ES
This seems to me to be the most likely scenario. We should have a push up for Friday, OPEX and VIX expiration day. We are going oversold, so expect some type up thrust up insanity to happen.
Overall, pretty sidewarys until March time I am thinking. Some choppiness at the time to change presidents, but unlikely market will be left to truly crash organically. At some point, something has to give, but I am still of the thought that is for March onward, and overall still sideways movement with whipsaw.
