ETH-BTC - pennant breakout - headed for ATH
ETH-BTC has broken out of a pennant that's been building since a breakout on Apr 14. The measured move if it follows, is about 130% to approximately .15 - the 2017 ATH, by late October or Nov.
With ETH's macro narrative as a productive and ultimately deflationary asset, and fundamentals like EIP-1559 and POS on the horizon, I wouldn't be surprised if the resistance at .15 is cut through within a day or two, and keeps going.
