Recap on previous analysis: Green 1 has been hit after a drop below Decision 1, without reaching Decision 2. Price is now struggling with the base of that Green 1.
Money Man has been looking at ETH through some BTC glasses and ETH has settled into a more stable relation with BTC. This will not last for ever. ETH made some big strides in the lead up to this position on the chart (leaving BTC arriving at its Green 3 while ETH was creating a level above), but now both has settled into a similar position.
Conclusion: Hitting the single here was seemingly normal as the next decision is potentially game changing. Remember: No guarantees, only probabilities.
