ETH Possible Break Out

ETH has been accumulating for the past 22 days and is mirroring prior price action in January. RSI is falling to the same level as prior move, duration of accumulation is near identical to prior break out, Bollinger Bands are squeezing price tightly. Eth has formed a nice pennant as shown in the chart which is a bullish sign. Volume has steadily weakened as it should, and we should be looking for a spike in volume to confirm the breakout. Once this happens I see a test of the ATH then going beyond.
