LONG ETH repeat bull run?

I wanted to share my thoughts about Eth. By the looks of the chart, its repeating the may 2017 bull run. In the One month RSI is oversold, in the short term there may be a retrace at $400, due to strong resistance. There was a retrace around $400 in the last bull run of 2017. The one indicator that leads me to believe we are entering a Bull Run is the GAP DOWN, ETH will fill this in the 800s (purple line).

We are breaking out of what looks to be a descending wedge!
